We understand that plans change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for stays and programs at Parijat Retreats, operated by Ville Valley Holiday Resorts Private Limited.
1. Cancellation of stays
- 15 days or more before check-in — 100% refund (less payment gateway fees)
- 8 to 14 days before check-in — 50% refund
- 7 days or less before check-in — no refund
- No-show on arrival — no refund
Refunds processed within 7 to 10 working days via the original payment method.
2. Cancellation of weekend programs
- 7 days or more before program date — 100% refund (less gateway fees)
- 3 to 6 days before program date — 50% refund or free reschedule
- Less than 3 days before, or no-show — no refund
3. Rescheduling
- You may reschedule once free of charge with 7+ days notice, subject to availability.
- Within 7 days, rescheduling at our discretion and subject to availability.
- Any difference in rate will be charged or refunded accordingly.
4. Cancellation by us
In rare circumstances — extreme weather, force majeure, operational reasons — we may cancel. You will be offered a full refund or option to reschedule at no cost. We are not responsible for additional costs (travel, transport) you may have incurred.
5. Genuine emergencies
For genuine emergencies — medical, bereavement, urgent family matters — please reach out. We will find a fair and compassionate resolution.
6. How to cancel
Email bookings@parijatretreats.com or WhatsApp +91 93591 08924 with your booking reference. Cancellation date is the date we receive your written request.
