These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of parijatretreats.com and your booking and stay at Parijat Retreats, operated by Ville Valley Holiday Resorts Private Limited. By making a booking, attending a program, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings & confirmation
- Bookings are subject to availability and our confirmation in writing (email or WhatsApp).
- A booking is confirmed only after we receive payment and issue written confirmation.
- Guests must be 18 or older to make a booking. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Rates are in Indian Rupees and may include or exclude applicable GST as stated at booking.
2. Check-in & check-out
- Standard check-in: 2:00 PM. Standard check-out: 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability — additional charges may apply.
- Valid government-issued photo ID required at check-in, as per Indian law.
- Foreign nationals must carry a valid passport and visa.
3. Payments
Payments via secure Razorpay link or bank transfer. Full payment generally required at confirmation. All applicable GST will be added.
4. Cancellations & refunds
See our separate Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Conduct & property
- Guests are expected to respect other guests, our staff, the community, and the natural environment.
- Smoking permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
- Possession or consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to property. Damages will be charged at replacement or repair cost.
6. Liability
Parijat Retreats is in a natural setting. Guests participate in walks, programs, and activities at their own risk. We are not liable for any loss, damage, illness, or injury except where caused by our gross negligence and to the extent permitted by Indian law. We recommend valid travel and health insurance.
7. Force majeure
We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control — natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, pandemic restrictions, road closures, or extreme weather. In such cases, we work with you to reschedule or offer fair alternatives.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Raigad, Maharashtra.
